Demetrius Champion is the Founder and CEO of Champions Benchmark™, a community-based nonprofit organization focused on prevention, family support, reentry navigation, and systems coordination.
Demetrius brings extensive experience working alongside youth, families, housing-impacted households, and justice-involved individuals, with a strong emphasis on practical problem-solving and partnership-driven service delivery. Her work centers on helping individuals navigate complex systems related to housing, education, courts, workforce access, and community resources.

Champions Benchmark™ is a community-based nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting youth, families, and individuals facing systemic barriers related to housing instability, reentry, education, and workforce readiness.
We provide non-clinical case management, prevention programming, and resource navigation designed to help individuals and families stabilize, access services, and move toward long-term self-sufficiency. Our work is rooted in practical support, accountability, and strong partnerships with schools, housing authorities, courts, and community agencies.
